  • Why I Created FORM-

    Movement has always been a part of who I am.

    I spent years training and performing as a dancer before being diagnosed with a chronic neurological condition that ultimately led me to step away from dance professionally. While it was a difficult transition, it also led me down a path that would shape the next chapter of my career.

    I began teaching yoga and injury prevention, helping others move better, feel stronger, and build a healthier relationship with their bodies. For nearly a decade, I’ve worked with clients to improve mobility, reduce pain, prevent injuries, and create sustainable movement practices that support long-term wellness.

    At the same time, I was navigating my own health journey. Through managing chronic inflammation and learning how to support my body, I discovered the powerful role that recovery, lymphatic health, and body care can play in overall well-being.

    Those discoveries eventually inspired me to create sootheNsnatched, where I’ve spent years helping clients through lymphatic care, body contouring, post-operative recovery, and restorative wellness treatments.

    FORM is where those two passions come together.

    A method that combines movement, recovery, injury prevention, lymphatic health, and body sculpting into one intentional approach designed to help women feel stronger, healthier, and more connected to their bodies.

    Because results shouldn’t come at the expense of your nervous system, hormones, or recovery.

    I believe women deserve a smarter approach to wellness—one that builds strength, supports healing, reduces inflammation, and works with the body rather than against it.
