How long does my order take to ship?

Here at Soothe we want to make sure you get your products as quickly as possible. Please bear in mind we are a small business and pack and ship everything ourselves, so we appreciate your patience. If you order on a Friday or weekend, your order may take a bit longer to arrive. If you need something in a hurry, please reach out to us here.

Do you offer international shipping? 

As a small business, we don’t offer international shipping at this time. If you live outside the United States and are interested in a particular Soothe product, please reach out to us here and we’ll see what we can arrange!

What is your return policy? 

At Soothe. we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy that allows you to return or exchange your item(s).

All items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were purchased. Any items that have been opened, used, damaged, or are not in their original packaging will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

We offer a full refund for the purchase price of the item(s) or exchange for a different product. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment used for the original purchase.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and timely delivery of the returned item(s).
