We believe that everyBODY is beautiful, and everyone deserves to feel confident from the inside out.
A note from the founder...
Firstly, I'd like to thank you for your interest in SOOTHE and what we have to offer. I’m so grateful to our clients who entrust us with their bodies. SootheNsnatched was founded in 2020 during the thick of a worldwide pandemic. This space was imagined and created for women to feel cared for, supported, and comforted following an experience that made so many of us feel isolated and not like ourselves, a feeling I knew all too well. After ending my professional dance career due to a chronic neurological condition, Chiari malformation, my world was turned upside down. Going to countless care provider offices, feeling unheard. This made me pinpoint what exactly I wanted to bring to my space and craft. My passion for health, wellness, and body care began. Body sculpting, Lymphatic drainage, and yoga were things I quickly fell in love with when living in Los Angeles. These were some of the things that helped me feel back in my body. After moving back to Oregon I was unable to find similar body treatments here. I soon opened SOOTHE. for business and developed our signature Lymphatic Body Contour method. Our specialized techniques, exercises, and treatments have helped hundreds of women meet the goals they have set for themselves and FEEL better in their bodies. We pride ourselves on the space we create and hold for each client. Feeling cared for, heard, and taken care of is the pinnacle of our services and what we provide.

Living in South Florida, Marie focused her attention on the bustling world of medical aesthetics, learning from experts from all over the world, and honing her skills to offer niche and unique procedures. However, when Marie came to Oregon as crisis response during the Covid pandemic, she easily fell in love with Oregon and decided to make it her home.

SARA WECKER, LMT, LE
Sara brings many talents to the table at Soothe! She joins the team with decades of experience and practical knowledge in the health, wellness and aesthetics industry. Sara is a licensed massage therapist and esthetician and is certified in phlebotomy and IV administration.
Her extensive massage career spans back to 1999 when she graduated highschool a year early and at the age of 17 she met and began training with renowned sports massage therapist, shiatsu, reiki and reflexology master, Jim weathers in Boise Idaho. Decades earlier Jim himself had trained blindfolded for 2 years at the university of Tokyo under the instruction of Toshi, an 80 yr old blind Shiatsu Master and Healer who took him under her wing and taught him everything she knew.
For Sara, the opportunity to train with a healer like Weathers at such an early age sparked within her a deep fascination with health, healing, and the human body. She has allowed that curiosity to grow over the years leading her to study various different healing modalities and continuing education endeavors.
Her passion for expanding her knowledge and skillset led her to complete an additional professional massage program in 2005 at East West College Of The Healing Arts in Portland, Oregon. From there she went on to provide therapeutic massage in a variety of different environments including spas, naturopathic wellness centers; and from 2008-2010 traveled around the country with athletes providing professional massage for golfers on the PGA Tour. Her knowledge for all things health and wellness expanded into a passion for skin care and natural beauty enhancement, and in 2021 she became a licensed esthetician.
At Soothe, Sara integrates her wealth of knowledge, experience, and passion. She seamlessly marries her worlds of massage, esthetics, and wellness to provide a truly unique experience you won't find anywhere else.
We’re elated to announce that Sara brings Ozone therapy to Soothe. Topical ozone is integrated into postoperative healing sessions to provide powerful antimicrobial treatment to reduce bioburden and expedite the healing process by increasing oxygen and blood flow to the tissues. Through a unique process, Sara infuses the very oil that we use at Soothe with Ozone to be used in massage, facials, and body sessions for everyone to enjoy its powerful benefits.
Sara integrates interbuccal massage into her facials and loves providing the signature Soothe lymphatic contour facial. She lends her healing touch to custom massage and facials, deep tissue, acupressure, lymphatic body contouring, lymphatic drainage massage, and post-operative healing sessions.
Whether it be the intuitive nature of her massage technique or the ‘just right’ pressure of her healing hands in facials, body contour, or post-operative appointments, every session with Sara is bliss.
