You will see and FEEL immediate results after just one session. You will continue to see results up to 72 hours after your session, as your body continues to detox and process.

You will see and feel immediate results after your first session. However, to see optimum and the most drastic results we recommend starting with a series of 4-6 sessions. It’s best to book your first few sessions together 1-2 times a week then scaling back. In the first couple of sessions we are conditioning your Lymphatic system to this new normal. Everybody’s body is different! We will help you create a treatment plan fit just for you and your needs, if desired.

In each session we are ridding the body of subcutaneous fat cells, fluid, and built up toxins. That all processed through your Lymphatic system and out through your urinary tract. It is then gone. The results are there to stay. However, if you continue to feed your fat cells yes, they will eventually come back. This is the same for invasive procedures such as liposuction, working out, and eating healthy. There is nothing you can do to permanently rid your body of fat forever. It is also important to note, non invasive modalities such as body sculpting and invasive procedures as well such as liposuction can only target subcutaneous fat. The visceral deep layer fat within your abdominal organs can only be targeted with healthy eating and exercise.

No. None of our treatments are painful or uncomfortable. They are actually quite relaxing!

DRINK WATER! The most important thing to remember is hydration. With any kind of body work you want to stay very hydrated both before and after. In this case you also want to drink allot of water post session and the following days. The water will help your body process and release quicker and more efficiently.
Exercise and mindful eating is also recommended. Any form of movement or elevating of the heart rate acts as a natural pump to your Lymphatic system. Staying away from foods that are high in sodium and sugar is also recommended post session. These foods create more inflammation in the body. It is also recommended not to drink alcohol before or after your session, so that your liver can function properly and fully.
